Did you know that it has been "scientifically" proven that if you have smelly farts, it is gas that has 'honked' for the right-of-way as it was passing a turd waiting to get out??? That was what Cowboy told me this morning. He should know, he is full of gas and farts loudly every chance he gets. He says it's best to get it out of your system.
Today was a day that my job was bigger than me. I started the day with a headache and it got progressively worse as the day went by. Maybe it was the steady stream of traffic thru my office door or all the situations that I had to handle for the day. Sometimes, I wonder when it's going to come out that I really don't know what I'm doing and my boss is going to walk into my office and say "The gig is up....what do you think you are doing here!" I hate it when I doubt my self and at the same time, I pray that I do the right thing every day.
Today was a quiet evening my reality show was the one bright spot of the night. I love Survivor and swear that someday you will see me on that show.
I'm really starting to enjoy blogging. I'm going to try to adventurous and read a few other blogs out there.....if I can find them.

Your Cowboy is something else. My brother used to tell me that a fart was a cry of an endangered turd. You should share that with Cowboy...I have a feeling he will find it funny.
Sorry you had a rough day at work and even more sorry that you were doubting yourself. But know that you are not alone in how you feel sometimes...there are some days where I leave work wondering if they are going think that I got my Masters degree by accident. But I consider myself lucky because I have a boss that most would love to have.
Hang in there...it's almost the weekend and then you can spend the weekend laughing at Cowboy's jokes and/or farts.
I remember many days when I wondered if someone would decide my job wasn't worth what they paid me. I understand the angst! And I luuuuuuuv being retired! Hang in there, you'll get to retire and chuckle about it, too!
Go now, and enjoy the weekend. :)
The Cowboy sounds a LOT like my husband. Perhaps it is male humor or fascination with farting? Here via Caroline! :)
Did you know there was a Blog Rule that says you can not create a blog and then go off and leave your readers hanging for 3 days?
P.S. Did you make it to Ozarkland?
